Dear Clients,
I am the Head of the Customers’ Total Satisfaction Service of the Division of Business for the Portuguese-speaking Countries of this Company.
This department has as its main functions, to regularly enquiry our Customers about its degree of satisfaction with our equipment and given services.
The answers we receive from some millions of users and hundreds of thousand of Companies and other Organizations that have installed our systems are the reason of our pride.
It is a pleasure to see that more than 95% of our Customers affirm to be very satisfied; the remaining 5% are satisfied, did not answer or pointed any reasons that immediately were solved. Our degree of requirements does not accept any reason for a Customer to be unsatisfied.
Thus, we want to emphasize the innumerable letters that regularly are sent to me by satisfied Customers from the Portuguese-speaking World. We are proud to present here some letters received from Countries where this Service is responsible for the Total Satisfaction of the Customers.
We apologize to those whose letters we are not able to show, due to the shortage of space despite all of them being an authentic certified recommendation of our Equipments and Services.
