ADVANCED SERVICES The BELCOM-ISDN "PLUS" PABX system makes available a variety of advanced services, of which we highlight the followings.   FORWARDING USING VOICE MANAGER PERSONAL AND HUMANIZED CALL FORWARDING WAITING QUEUE MESSAGES AUTOMATIC ANSWER MESSAGES BROADCASTING IN PRIVATE PERSONALIZED LOUD SPEAKER SEARCHING INFORMATIVE AND GUIDING MESSAGES EASY SELECTION OF MESSAGES REMOTE RECORDING OF MEETINGS SAFE AND PERSONALIZED ASSISTANCE SELECTIVE OR AUTOMATIC RECORDING OF THE CONVERSATION The voice mail system of BELCOM-ISDN "PLUS" PABX system allows recording the calls of each extension. It can do this for all calls (by programming) or in a selective way. In this case, if the user wants to just record a punctual subject, it is enough to press the key configured for the effect when it intends the recording to begin. This function allows archiving important conversations. All of the recordings are guarded in the PABX system, in an encoded way. To access these recordings it is necessary to introduce a high security personal code. Besides the content of the recording, the system informs of the date and hour that it was recorded. The recordings can be saved, extracted to an external support and deleted manually, or by programming (after a period of time from 1 to 180 days), being freed of old messages.
