In a Hotel, this function can constitute a differentiation element creating guests’ fidelity, and at the same time is a factor of bigger profitability for the Hotel. The Hotel supplies a mobile phone to each guest on check in with the name of the Hotel engraved. The mobile phone keys (correctly identified) provide access to the main services of the hotel (restaurant, bar, laundry, etc.), external network. This way, the Hotel not only avoids losing calls to the external network usually made by the guests private mobile phones, as it facilitates access to the services of the Hotel, increasing its consumption.
All the calls made by the mobile phones are forwarded through the route with the most economic rate, benefiting from the IMDEC Technology of the PABX system. The Hotel saves significantly in outgoing calls, independently of the value debited to its client. The mobile phone works together with the extension of the guest’s room, so the guest can receive anywhere the calls directed at him. It is enough to inform their acquaintances where he is accommodated. He also has access to functions such as remote recording of meetings, voice mail, etc. On checkout, the whole traffic has been controlled by the Financial Management of the PABX system and integrated in the back-office program of the Hotel. Hotel mobile phones can also be made available to the employees, avoiding supplementary costs with wireless networks. |
