This application registers all incoming and outgoing calls, the extension, the destination, the duration, the date, the hour, the cost centre and the communications cost.
With this base, the application allows for the manager to control the users, the telephone traffic, the attendance quality, the telephone expenditures and the savings offered by IMDEC, to impute telephone costs by account and to print a set of configurable reports (by period, by extension, by the calls destination, by account) and call tickets.
