When a busy extension is called the detailed reason of not being available is displayed. This function is very useful for the telephonist to know if the busy extension is in conference, in communication to the exterior, etc. The system allows calling a free extension by ringing or through the loud speakers (the called person can answer the call without lifting the telephone handset). If she intends to locate somebody inside the company, she can use the ISDN “PLUS” telephones speakers orally to call by groups. These functions facilitate the communications and they increase the income of the company.
